Protect accounts with password controls, MFA, passkeys, SSO, and active-session visibility.
What You Can Do
- Change password and manage active sessions including revoke/logout-all.
- Enable TOTP MFA, backup codes, and passkeys where supported.
- Use Enterprise SSO (SAML 2.0 or OIDC) for centralized identity management.
- Use account export and account-deletion controls when required.
Workflow Notes
- Backup codes are one-time secrets and should be stored securely.
- Session review should be part of device-change and offboarding routines.
- New team members who sign in via SSO for the first time are automatically added with the Viewer role.
