Custom Invoice Design
Personalize your invoice appearance with custom colors, fonts, layout, and footer text.
What You Can Do
- Set primary, secondary, and accent colors applied to all generated PDFs.
- Choose between Default, Serif, Sans-Serif, and Monospace font families.
- Control header layout — position your company logo left, center, or right.
- Add custom footer text and toggle company address visibility on invoices.
- Toggle payment details, page numbers, and generated-on date visibility on PDFs.
Important To Know
- Custom invoice design is available on the Enterprise plan under Settings → Invoice Design.
- Changes apply to all future PDF exports and previews immediately.
- Use the PDF preview in the invoice creation form to verify your design before sending.
- You can reset all values to defaults at any time.
